Slacker

At the age of 25 I realized I had never read the Old Testament all the way through. Horrible, I know. SO, I am happy to say that after TWO years, I finally finished the Old Testament on March 18th. YAY!

Good job. What a nice birthday present to yourself.

Happy Birthday, by the way. I was standing in the shower today when I realized I missed it. I hope it was wonderful, BPFF.

p.s. What does it mean if I'm almost 27 and never read it through?

And reading the Old Testament begat a goal to read the New Testament.
And reading the New Testament begat reading Miracle of Forgiveness.
And reading the Miracle of Forgiveness begat much crying.
And the crying begat a stuffy nose.
And the stuffy nose begat a trip to Wal-Mart for tissue paper.
And the trip to Wal-Mart begat picking up ice cream accidentally.
And thus we see that blessings will be poured down from heaven (in the form of frozen dairy products sold at a local store) to those that read the Old Testament.

Nicely done!

WAY TO GO! I always opt out with the excuse that if I am gonig to read at all, its going to be the BOOK OF MORMON...again. :( I should try that!

wow, well done. But I'm pretty sure you're only a candidate for heaven if you read it in one year. Keep trying :)
